Sellick Partnership partners with a Hertfordshire-based housing organisation to recruit a Property Services Manager responsible for leading housing management, property compliance, repairs and asset management across the supported housing portfolio.
You will manage a team of Property & Housing Officers and Compliance Officers, oversee statutory compliance (Gas, Electrical, Fire, Asbestos and Water Hygiene) and drive service improvement while keeping residents safe and supported.
