MSV Housing is seeking an experienced Asset Strategy Manager to shape and optimise our property portfolio. You will lead a data-driven asset management function, work with senior leaders and external partners, and drive strategic decisions to maximise asset value and customer outcomes.
You will oversee disposal and stock strategies, coordinate five-year stock condition surveys, and develop the Data Team to ensure accurate asset data, robust reporting, and continuous improvement across projects.
