Baxter Storey is seeking a Café Supervisor for our UK operations. This full-time role (40 hours per week) runs Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with a salary of £15.50 per hour.
You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure top-quality product and service, monitor coffee standards, and motivate the team. You will support management with sales input, stock takes, ordering and rostering, maintain Food and Health & Safety standards, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
