Location: Stoke-on-Trent
HR-CL Limited is recruiting for Sous Chefs across Cirencester and the wider Cotswolds for gastropub teams. Multiple venues allow pairing you with the right setup, hours and team.
You should have solid Sous Chef experience (CDP ready to step up), a full driving licence with own car, NVQ/City & Guilds is useful, and you must be able to lead a section and cover the kitchen in the head chef's absence.
