Fowey Hall Hotel in Cornwall is seeking a motivated Junior Sous Chef to join our luxury culinary team. The role is permanent, 48 hours per week, with a salary of £38,500 plus generous service charge and benefits.
You will support the Head Chef, manage a section during service, mentor junior staff, and help with menu development while upholding high standards of cleanliness and food safety. Visa sponsorship is not available.
