You will report to the Executive Chef and work with the Pastry team to plan menus, supervise production, and deliver exceptional pastry experiences for guests and crew.
The role requires STCW
95 certification, 4+ years in a 5-star setting, and strong knowledge of international cuisine, with a focus on safety, presentation, and service excellence across all meals
