Cosy Club St Albans is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to support a busy kitchen, cook from fresh in high volumes, and lead the brigade in the Head Chef’s absence.
You can expect a package around £43,000 per year, comprised of base £33,200–£35,000 plus a tronc of £8,500–£11,000 and overtime pay. Benefits include meals on duty, 50% off food and drinks from day one, Wagestream, and enhanced maternity/paternity options.
