The White Hart, Broadoak, Gloucestershire, is seeking an experienced Head Chef to take ownership of the kitchen at this busy village pub within the Quality Inns Family Pubs group. You will lead the kitchen team, develop the menu and work closely with the Pub Manager to deliver outstanding British dishes using fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
