, we’re all about fresh seafood, simple cooking done brilliantly, and making every guest feel genuinely welcome. We’re now looking for an enthusiastic Breakfast Waiter / Waitress to join our front-of-house team.

This is a part-time role, with early starts from around 7am until 12pm.

• Welcoming guests and creating a relaxed, friendly breakfast experience
• Providing attentive, efficient service
• Sharing knowledge of our breakfast menu, daily specials, and drinks with confidence
• Anticipating guest needs and making thoughtful recommendations
• Ensuring tables are prepared, presented, and cleared to a high standard
• Working closely with the kitchen and wider front-of-house team to deliver seamless service
• Upholding the high standards that define the Rick Stein name

• A friendly, positive attitude and a natural sense of hospitality
• Previous waiting or breakfast service experience (great, but not essential – we’ll train the right person)
• An interest in great food and a passion for creating excellent guest experiences
• Confidence speaking with guests and recommending dishes and drinks
• A reliable, organised approach and good attention to detail
• A team player who thrives in a busy, professional environment
• Someone who enjoys early starts and takes pride in getting the day off to a great start for our guests

The Seafood Restaurant was the first restaurant opened by Rick Stein and Jill Stein in 1975. The Seafood Restaurant in Padstow is famous for establishing an international reputation for the very freshest fish and shellfish, often landed on our doorstep. In the centre of the restaurant is a Seafood Bar where guests can enjoy watching chefs assembling platters of oysters, langoustines and sashimi.
