This isn t your typical Garden Sundries Supervisor role. No two days are the same, and you ll enjoy a varied, hands-on position within a large, successful business. You ll be involved in maintaining high retail standards, supporting sales, and ensuring customers receive knowledgeable and friendly service throughout the garden sundries department.

• You ll help supervise a team of up to 4-5 colleagues during peak trading periods, with a smaller team off-season. You ll play a key role in motivating the team, maintaining strong merchandising standards, and supporting the smooth running of the department.
