Introduction The Group principally engages in the sourcing, designing, wholesaling, trademark licensing and retailing of a variety of gold and platinum jewellery and gem-set jewellery products, with a total of over 3,000 points of sale worldwide. The Group will continue to identify new business opportunities in the international markets in response to its corporate vision, Brand of Hong Kong, Sparkling the World.
How You Will Do It:
Assist to manage the operation of the Department Build up strong customer relationship Drives sales through effective merchandising and promotional activity Build up strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and complaints resolution Provide feedback to staff about performance and expectations Responsible for managing the operation of the department, the flow of goods and improving the efficiency of employees Prepare sales and retail-related reports What we look for:
With at least 8 years solid working experience in retail industry preferably with 4 years in jewellery or management Strong communication and customer service skill Good communication and written skills on both English and Chinese including Cantonese and Mandarin Strong business sense, with logical thinking and analytical ability Good leadership with ability to coach and motivate sales team to achieve sales target and high sense of responsibility Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays on a rotational roster Ability to work with POS systems, Microsoft applications and portable devices Candidates with more solid & relevant working experience and management in jewellery retail industry will be considered for the post of Jewellery Sales Manager
