Overview
Team Leader position at EXPPFS - 4074 SANDBACH. Employment:
Part time
· Permanent contract
· 30.5 hours per week. Salary:
Competitive salary. Closing Date: 26 July 2026. Our stores operate 24/7 across our Supermarkets, Superstores, and Asda Express locations.
- Lead a team of colleagues to deliver excellent service and ensure the smooth running of daily operations in your area (replenishment, checkouts, grocery, or fresh food).
- Manage your section to ensure shelves are stocked, standards are high, and customers are happy.
- Support your team to meet targets, solve problems, and create a welcoming store environment.
- Natural leader who thrives in a busy retail setting.
- Confident in coaching and motivating others, with a hands-on approach and a passion for delivering great customer service.
- Flexible, adaptable, and ready to take on new challenges across different store formats—including Asda Express locations.
- Comfortable using data and insight to make decisions.
- Committed to helping your team grow and succeed.
