Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Fortnum & Mason at Heathrow Terminal 4 is seeking a passionate Assistant Store Manager on a fixed-term contract until 11 January 2027. You will support the Store and Deputy Manager, leading the shop floor and delivering exceptional service to an international audience in a fast-paced, high-profile environment.
You will drive sales through product knowledge, maintain brand standards, and help onboard, train, and mentor colleagues while ensuring health & safety and Heathrow operations requirements
