We now have a fantastic opportunity to join us in our Outdoor and Country store in Trentham Gardens. We are looking for a someone to support covering the store on the managers days off and on busy trading days on a part time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• As a Senior Sales Assistant you will work as part of the management team to drive operational excellence.
• Provide excellent customer service and help maximise sales and achieve agreed Store targets.
• Become an Brand ambassador, product knowledge is key to ensureyou are able to effectively serve customers.
• Handle customer queries confidently and deal with them in a timely manner.
• Undertake all training and development required and actively seek out new opportunities to learn.
• Play an active role in supporting the store Management Team withstore standards. Ensuring all products are displayed attractively within our visual merchandising guidelines.
• As a senior sales assistant you will be expected to step up and manage the store inthe absence of the Store Manager and Supervisor, this will include managing the store team, dealing with customer queries and managing all operational processes.
• Follow the appropriate incident reporting processes when required.

What we are looking for:

You will be passionate about providing excellent customer service and have a keen interest in visual merchandising and fashion gained from a previous retail role. Attention to detail is key, as is having a flexible approach and the ability to work to targets is important.

The store is operated by Cohesion Retail Group Ltd .

Experience

Previous supervisory retail experience is preferred.
