SCG South West is seeking a motivated
Field Sales Executive (New Business) to join its team in Bradley Stoke. This full-time role offers the opportunity to develop sales strategies, attract new clients, and nurture long-term customer relationships across SCG’s product and service portfolio.

Role Overview

The Field Sales Executive will proactively generate new sales opportunities, close deals, and cross-sell/upsell to existing customers. The role requires strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with a focus on achieving and exceeding monthly targets while contributing to team success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with prospective customers to understand requirements and propose appropriate SCG solutions
  • Proactively self-generate new business sales opportunities
  • Accurately record and maintain sales activity in designated business systems
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and team sales targets
  • Acquire new customers and expand relationships with existing ones
  • Cross-sell and upsell across SCG’s product/service portfolio
  • Deliver accurate forecasting to support resource planning and business reporting
  • Collaborate with other teams across the business
