We’re currently seeking a Field Sales Consultant to join our dedicated team at the Leicester branch, covering the Midlands. If you enjoy managing your own schedule and solving unique customer problems in person, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

  Start with a basic salary of £26,435 per annum
• Expected OTE: £32,500 per annum, with bonus and commission schemes available

In this field‑based role, you’ll visit new and existing customers to build relationships and sell our medical and hazardous waste services. You’ll work closely with a portfolio of existing customers and manage new sales opportunities via customer enquiries and internal leads.

Daily travel is required. Providing excellent customer service is essential and your efforts will be crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points
• Self‑motivated and target‑driven
• Excellent problem solver
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills
• Background in retail or sales is advantageous for face‑to‑face customer interaction
• May be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role
