Overview

We offer a Sales Consultant role at our Vauxhall branch in Stoke-on-Trent. You’ll be known as a Product Consultant, with a focus on sales, delivering great customer service and building relationships throughout the customer journey.

What’s the job?

You’ll be with our customers every step of the way – from the moment they walk through the door to offering them a great aftersales experience. This role is about helping customers find the right car based on their needs and building strong, positive relationships throughout the process. You’ll enjoy a role that balances customer service with sales, without conforming to a traditional showfloor sales image.

On an average day, you’ll be…
  • Helping customers find the right car based on what they need
  • Delivering outstanding, 5-star service and going the extra mile for every customer
  • Building and maintaining lasting relationships with customers through every step of the sales process
  • Selling the right sales package for the customer, from finance to servicing, with integrity and professionalism
  • Co-ordinating the order and delivery of vehicles and keeping things running smoothly
  • Meeting monthly sales expectations and customer experience standards
  • Working as part of a dynamic team to meet deadlines and keep promises
  • Staying in touch with customers to offer a great aftersales experience
