The OpportunityFollowing another record sales year and as part of our ongoing expansion, we are looking for a motivated and results‑driven New Business Sales Executive to join our team.
Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for identifying, developing and closing new business opportunities. Your primary objective will be to drive revenue growth through proactive prospecting, effective pipeline management and consistently winning new clients.
This role suits a self‑starter with a strong “hunter” mentality, someone who thrives in a target‑driven environment and takes ownership of their success.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed margin targets.
- Identify, prospect and engage new business opportunities across the UK.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Deliver compelling presentations, product demonstrations and tailored solutions to clients.
- Build long‑term relationships with customers, acting as a trusted commercial partner.
- Consistently hit profit margin targets and agreed KPIs.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of all sales activity within the CRM system.
- Gather customer feedback to support continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
- Positive, proactive mindset with a strong “can do” attitude towards sales.
- Self‑motivated with a clear hunter mentality and focus on results.
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a new business sales role.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in IT, telecoms or a related sector is advantageous.
- Strong communication, presentation and listening skills.
- Ability to engage with businesses of varying sizes and generate your own leads.
- Resilient, persistent and comfortable operating in a target‑driven environment.
