What you’ll be doingYou'll gain hands‑on experience across the entire sales and customer journey, including:
- Supporting customers from enquiry through to delivery
- Building relationships with customers and suppliers
- Preparing quotations and commercial proposals
- Identifying new business opportunities
- Supporting lead generation campaigns
- Working closely with production, technical and operational teams
- Learning how successful sales strategies are developed and delivered
- Using CRM systems to manage customer relationships
- Supporting social selling and digital prospecting activities
