Account Manager​/Estimator - Hertfordshire

Job Summary

Salary: £30‑35k basic (depending on experience)

We have an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives on diversity in their role. Our Client seeks an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to work within their sales team as an account manager and estimator.

• Maintain excellent communication with internal and external contacts, updating customers, fellow account managers and the production team.
• Speak with clients both on the telephone and in person, listening to customers and asking questions to better understand their needs.
• Use a strong understanding of the printing industry to work with customers and suggest solutions from the client’s product range.
• Create quotes for qualified leads, both large and small bespoke projects, and follow up on these quotes in a timely manner.
• Process quotes efficiently and manage time effectively.

• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong understanding of the printing industry.
• Good computer skills and numeracy skills.
• Proficiency in a print‑industry related MIS system.
• Applicants must be UK residents and have recently worked in the print, packaging or paper sectors.
