Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Sydney Brookes is seeking a Sales Development Team Leader to own and elevate their outbound function. You’ll be a player-coach leading a team of 4 SDRs—setting the standard for cold calling excellence and building the playbook from the ground up.
Reporting to senior leadership, you’ll drive outbound strategy end-to-end, coach through call reviews and hands-on deal support, and partner with AEs and Rev Ops to ensure strong pipeline conversion in a high-growth, VC-backed environment.
