The Role Thecompanysproductsfocusonreducingmanufacturingdowntimethroughadeepunderstandingofthemanufacturingprocessestheyarebeingusedin. Thisrequiressitevisitstoprospectsandclientstoensureproductsareusedcorrectly.
Yourroleistoconducttelesalesbasedmarketworkandcoordinateschedulingofthesemeetingsbyyourcolleaguesworkingonthefieldbasedsalesteam. Account Coordination:
Contactkeyaccounts,customersandnewprospectstodiscussoperationalfactorsandschedulesitevisitsforyourcolleagues. Sales Outreach:
Conductregularphoneoutreachtointroducetheproductrangetoprospectsandcustomersandmaintainstrongsalescontactfromthebusinesstoit'scustomerbase. CRMDataManagement:
LogallcallnotesandclientinformationaccuratelyontotheCRMsystem. Relationship Building:
Youwillbuildrelationshipsinthisroleandmaintainregularcontactwithcustomerseventuallybuildinglong-termcommercialunderstandingviastrongrelationships. Productandsalestrainingisprovided. Your Background
Experience:
Abackgroundintelesales,telemarketing,orinternalsalesispreferred.
CandidatesfromchemicalorSTEMbackgroundsmotivatedtotransitionintoacommercial/salesroleareencouragedtoapply.
Experienceisnotnecessary,ifyoulikethesoundofthisrole,wearekeentohearfromyou. Recent Graduates/Course
FinishersfromSTEMcourses, orthosewhohaveexperienceofcustomerconnection(B2C,B2
Bsuchasworkinginanofficeorothercustomer-facingrolei.e.barorcafe) andarekeentofindtheirfirstindustrialsalesrolefollowing

University,withnochemicalindustryexperience,areencouragedtoapply. Communication:
Ourclientsprimarymeansofbusinesscontactwiththeircustomersisthephoneandweareseekingsomeonecomfortablewithahighvolumeofdailyoutboundcalls,happytoworkmostlyspeakingwithcustomersoverthephone.
