Part-Time Customer Account Administrator

Location: Stoke-On-Trent

We are recruiting for a Part-Time Customer Account Administrator – this is a fantastic opportunity for a confident communicator who enjoys speaking with people, building relationships and supporting a successful and growing business. The role offers much more than a part-time position, with the opportunity to develop valuable commercial skills, earn additional income through personal and company bonus schemes, and progress into an Account Management position within 6–12 months for the right person.

Hours:

20 Hours Per Week (Monday to Thursday, 9:30am – 2:30pm) Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 (FTE) pro rata plus Personal bonus and company performance bonus, providing a fantastic opportunity to increase your earnings.

Key Responsibilities:

Making outbound calls to prospective businesses using a pre-populated database. Researching and identifying new business opportunities. Building strong relationships with prospective businesses. Following up telephone conversations with professional email correspondence. Arranging appointments for the senior sales team using outlook calendars. Maintaining accurate records of all communications and activities. Supporting the company's business development and marketing activities. Attending selected appointments alongside senior colleagues as confidence and experience develop.

The Successful Candidate Will Possess:
An excellent telephone manner and strong communication skills. Confidence in making outbound calls and building rapport. A proactive, positive and professional attitude. Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. The ability to work independently as well as part of a supportive team. Previous experience in administration, customer service, sales support or business development would be advantageous but is not essential.
