Looking to build confidence, develop new skills and join a supportive team We're expanding our Sales team in Stoke-on-Trent and are looking for enthusiastic, motivated individuals to join us.

Previous sales experience isn't required - if you enjoy meeting new people and are eager to learn, we'll provide full client training from day one. Working on residential customer acquisition campaigns, you'll represent recognised on-profit brands, develop valuable communication skills and become part of a team that rewards effort and celebrates success. What We're Looking For Availability:
Full-Time Equivalent availability , with a minimum of 4 full days per week (Monday-Saturday). Communication:
Strong English communication skills and confidence speaking with a variety of people. Attitude: A positive mindset, willingness to learn and enthusiasm for working in a customer-facing environment.

Experience:

Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality or customer service is beneficial but not essential, as full client training and invitations to daily upskilling sessions are available from day one. The Rewards Financial Rewards:
Brand Awareness Fee (a fee paid to you for each day you represent a client), where applicable, plus commission and performance incentives. Earnings are paid to you weekly. Client Training:

Weekly competitions, team recognition and optional social events throughout the year. What You'll Be Doing Represent our client campaigns through residential customer acquisition. Speak with customers face-to-face, introducing products and services while delivering a positive customer experience. Build product and campaign knowledge through client training and daily upskilling sessions. Attend morning briefings at our Stoke-on-Trent co-working space before heading out with the team.

Work towards personal targets while accurately recording activity using digital systems. We're currently holding informal conversations with applicants and are looking to welcome successful candidates as soon as possible. This is a Full-Time Equivalent opportunity operating on a subcontracted basis. Earnings are derived from a Brand Awareness Fee (where applicable), commission and performance incentives. This opportunity is not suitable for candidates still in education (school, college or university) or current international students.
