This role supports Regional Sales Managers across the full sales lifecycle, from initial enquiry through to project completion. Based in Stoke-on-Trent, the Sales Project Coordinator acts as the central link between Sales, Technical, Customer Services, Logistics, and Manufacturing teams. The position involves managing customer orders, coordinating schedules, and ensuring seamless communication between departments.

Our client, a leading supplier of specialist building materials, is looking for a proactive and organised Sales Project Coordinator to join their team in Stoke-on-Trent. What

you'll be doing:
  • Supporting Regional Sales Managers throughout the sales process
  • Coordinating customer projects from order to completion
  • Acting as a key link between Sales, Technical, Customer Services, Logistics, and Manufacturing teams
  • Managing customer enquiries and project updates
  • Preparing quotations, project documentation, and reports
  • Maintaining CRM records and tracking project progress
  • Identifying and resolving potential project issues
What we're looking for:
  • Previous experience in project coordination, sales support, administration, or customer service
  • Experience using CRM or ERP systems
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Construction industry knowledge or understanding of building products (preferred)
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office
