Fanbase is hiring to help grassroots clubs and growing teams maximise ticketing, memberships and loyalty revenue. You will manage a portfolio of clubs, maintaining regular check-ins, building strong relationships and guiding them through onboarding to renewal.
You will translate platform data into strategic recommendations and train club staff to use Fanbase, either remotely or in person, with occasional travel to clubs across England.
