Clover Talent in the UK is helping a growing, tech-led commercial finance brokerage appoint a Head of Sales to build and lead its UK sales team. The role is at an early stage with genuine influence over the sales function and how the business develops.
Initially, it will be a player-manager role focused on converting qualified inbound opportunities, strengthening lender relationships and driving deals through to completion, while shaping sales strategy, processes and team structure.
