Field Sales Executive (FMCG Challenger Brand)

Client:

• High growth FMCG challenger brand currently scaling rapid growth in their category.
• Recently received significant financial investment following an acquisition and is keen to expand its field team.
• Field‑based role with an office located in Southwest London.

• Act as the brand ambassador, leading all field‑based sales activities within London.
• Spend most days engaging customers in the Specialty Channel, building relationships and driving sales.
• Fully manage distribution, in‑store visibility & POS, product recommendation, demos and display for customers in your channel.

• Minimum 1+ year of commercial experience in FMCG (Sales Executive or Field Sales Executive).
• Resilient, commercially aware and motivated to launch a career in FMCG within a dynamic SME.
• London‑based with a full driving licence.
