• £30k - £35k base salary
• £40k - £65k OTE
• Uncapped commission with no limits on what you earn

• 2-4 years in sales
• Any B2B sales background
• Has sold to mid-market companies, 100 to 1,000 people
• Builds all of their own pipeline
• Comfortable with deals under £10k
• Has managed a full-cycle sales process
• Has closed deals end to end
• Has built enough pipeline to cover their number
• Has sold to mid-market companies
• Has used CRM forecasting properly
• Has stayed 18 months or more per role, on average
