  • Generate new business opportunities and develop long-term customer relationships.
  • Deliver product demonstrations, clinical training and hands-on support during surgical procedures.
  • Support customer onboarding and the adoption of specialist surgical technologies.
  • Manage the territory sales pipeline, forecasting and commercial activities.
  • Attend relevant industry conferences, exhibitions and training events.
Candidate Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in surgical medical device sales, within ophthalmology.
  • Experience working directly with surgeons and supporting procedures in operating theatres.
  • Knowledge of glaucoma, MIGS, cataract or anterior segment surgery would be advantageous.
  • Proven ability to generate new business and develop customer relationships.
  • Strong communication, presentation and clinical training skills.
  • Self-motivated, commercially focused and comfortable managing a territory independently.
  • Willingness to travel throughout the South of the UK.
Why Consider This Opportunity?
  • Opportunity to work with specialist surgical ophthalmology technologies.
  • Significant autonomy in developing and managing your territory.
  • Direct engagement with ophthalmic surgeons and clinical decision-makers.
