SIA Door Supervisor

Opera Security is expanding our operations in Stoke‑on‑Trent and we are currently seeking professional, reliable, and SIA‑licensed Door Supervisors to join our team.

You’ll play a crucial role in maintaining a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for guests and staff at local licensed premises.

• Provide a professional and visible presence at entry and exit points
• Carry out s and enforce entry policies
• Monitor behaviour and respond calmly to incidents
• De‑escalate situations safely and appropriately
• Maintain accurate incident logs and reports
• Work closely with management and emergency services when needed
• Support a team‑based security approach

• Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence (Required)
• Experience in pubs, clubs, or licensed premises (Required)
• Professional, courteous, and confident under pressure
• Team player with a proactive, consistent attitude
• Willingness to be part of a regular crew/team rota

• £14.27 per hour
