Location: Stoke-on-Trent
The Royal Academy of Arts is seeking a professional Security Concierge to join the Red Collar Front of House Team. You will greet visitors, assist staff and high-profile guests, and help safeguard artworks in a historic museum setting.
This role requires a valid SIA licence, strong customer service, and the ability to respond calmly to incidents, with a 4 on 4 off, 12-hour day shifts across weekends and bank holidays. Comprehensive pre-employment and reference checks apply.
