Working Hours:
Monday to Friday - Flexibility with hours between 8am and 6pm
This roles requires that you have a full UK Drivers Licence
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out refurb work in properties inc carpentry, plumbing, patch plastering.
Perform routine maintenance and repairs to ensure the facilities are in top condition.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance checks.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a safe and pleasant environment.
Requirements:
Valid driving licence required for this role.
Experience in Plastering (Bonding & Skimming), Fire Door (Installing & Adjusting), Kitchen Installation (Including Plumbing), Gardening (Strimming, Mowing, Hedge Cutting), Bathroom Installation (Including Plumbing).
Previous maintenance experience is a plus!
Strong communication skills and a proactive approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
