About the Role

We are recruiting for an experienced Drainage Engineer to join a reputable and expanding drainage services company. This is a mobile position covering Stoke-on-Trent, working across both domestic and commercial sites.

Key Responsibilities

Attending planned and reactive drainage works

Diagnosing and resolving drainage issues efficiently

Unblocking drains using rodding and high-pressure water jetting

Conducting CCTV drainage surveys and producing reports

Completing drainage repairs and maintenance tasks

Responding to emergency call-outs when required

Delivering excellent customer service at all times

Completing job paperwork accurately and on time

Candidate Requirements

Proven experience as a Drainage Engineer or similar role

Strong understanding of drainage systems and fault diagnosis

Experience with jetting and CCTV equipment (desirable)

Full UK driving licence

Ability to work independently and manage workloads

Professional, reliable, and customer-focused attitude
