As a Master Technician, you will be the technical cornerstone of the workshop, responsible for providing the highest level of service and fault resolution. Your expertise will be vital in upholding our core principle of customer satisfaction.

• Technical Leadership: Utilise your senior knowledge to carry out complex diagnostics, general servicing, maintenance, and mechanical repairs to the highest standard.
• Customer Communication: Be confident in liaising directly with our customers on technical issues, offering clear explanations and ensuring exceptional customer service.
• Operational Excellence: Effectively manage a high workload, working towards both team and individual targets while maintaining strict attention to detail.

We are seeking a seasoned professional ready to lead the way in technical knowledge and work ethic:

• Qualification
  : NVQ level 3 qualified in a relevant field or equivalent.
• Experience: Proven, extensive knowledge and experience working within a busy workshop environment. (Main dealership experience is preferred but not required).
• Commitment: The ability to manage a high workload, work towards targets, and maintain high attention to detail.
• Licence: A valid UK driver’s licence.
