Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 6 PM (flexible)

• Carry out refurbishment work in properties, including carpentry, plumbing, and patch plastering.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs to ensure facilities remain in top condition.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, showcasing your problem‑solving skills.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance checks to avoid future issues.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe and pleasant environment for all.

• Valid driving licence.
• Experience in plastering (bonding & skimming), fire door installation and adjustment, kitchen installation (including plumbing), gardening (strimming, mowing, hedge cutting), and bathroom installation (including plumbing).
• Previous maintenance experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
