Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Honeycomb Group in Stoke-on-Trent is hiring a Gateway Coordinator to be the first point of contact for accessing homelessness services. This role involves assessing referrals, managing customer caseloads, and assisting clients towards stable housing and support.
The ideal candidate should be educated to GCSE level, have strong customer service skills, and experience working with vulnerable populations. The position is primarily office-based, though there are opportunities to visit support hubs across the city.
