About the Role

Concierge (Nights) located in Stoke, part of Adullam Homes Housing Association Ltd, providing support to vulnerable individuals and households.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a proactive point of contact for service users in emergency or crisis situations.
  • Deliver a high standard of professional service in accordance with the Association’s Policies and Procedures.
  • Support the concierge team to manage and develop services in Stoke.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Experience or skills to handle emergency situations and crisis support.
  • Strong commitment to safeguarding and welfare of children, young people and adults.
  • Authorised to work in the UK, with no visa sponsorship available.
  • Successful candidates must undergo Enhanced DBS checks, employment history scrutiny and robust reference checks.
