We are recruiting motivated, warm individuals for the role of Relief Recovery Support Workers to provide person‑centred care and support to people with mental health needs at our Nursing and Residential homes services in Stoke.
- Providing ad‑hoc cover on the rotas to cover instances such as sickness, annual leave, training and vacancies.
- Working with service users in a recovery‑focused way in line with their support and risk management plans with a person‑centred approach.
- Assisting someone to make their breakfast in the morning, go swimming, visit a local cafe in the afternoon or help them plan their holidays.
Sometimes it is challenging, but it is always rewarding. You will go to work knowing that you are making a positive difference to someone’s life. You will be working in a team of skilled, dedicated colleagues who will support you all the way.
A minimum of twelve months care experience is essential for this role.
