Salary and HoursFull‑time salary: £36,363 – £39,152 + allowance for weekend work, 12.5% shift allowance and sleep‑in payments as applicable. Average of 37 hours per week on a rota that includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays. Sleep‑in may be required when rostered.
Role OverviewWe are recruiting passionate and committed workers to support the manager in running a small group home, providing care and support to children and young people. The role requires resilience, flexibility and the ability to manage complex behaviours.
Functions include supporting staff, ensuring high quality care, maintaining safeguarding practices and contributing to a positive outcome for residents.
The position is exempt under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and will require a criminal record check from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
