• Support the Specialist Service Manager in leading services effectively and ensuring a caring and safe environment for those we support.
• Maintain proactive safeguarding practices, remaining vigilant, professionally curious, and responsive at all times.
• Act in the best interests of individuals to protect them from harm and promote their well‑being.
• Ensure that services meet legislative obligations and compliance requirements.
• Assist in responsive and effective service delivery, ensuring that the needs of service users are consistently met.

• 25 days annual leave + bank holidays.
