Job Summary

  37 hours per week with agile working and regular travel required

• Conduct customer visits and carry out estate inspections.
• Manage low‑level anti‑social behaviour cases.
• Oversee void management, including allocation and letting of homes.
• Use a wide range of IT systems to support housing service delivery.
• Build trust and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Prioritise workload to meet targets and tight deadlines.
• Work independently, including lone working in the community and in customers' homes.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to plan and prioritise workload.
• Experience with in a social housing environment and knowledge of housing legislation.
• Knowledge of welfare reform changes is an advantage.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes.
