- Hold a degree or equivalent in social work with current registration with Social Work England.
- Demonstrate recent managerial experience, having worked as a Team Manager, Deputy Team Manager, or Assistant Team Manager, within the frontline environment of Children’s Services.
- Possess substantial frontline experience in a similar setting, displaying the confidence and expertise to manage and inspire a team effectively.
