Leicestershire County Council is seeking a dedicated SENA Case Manager to join our statutory SEND Assessment Service, supporting children, young people and families across the county through the SEND assessment, planning and review process.
You will manage a caseload, coordinate Education, Health and Care Needs Assessments, draft high-quality EHC Plans, liaise with schools and partner agencies, and contribute to timely decisions while safeguarding and promoting wellbeing.
