Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Leaders in Care is recruiting an experienced Assistant Team Manager for a busy Children's Safeguarding Service in a non-case holding capacity. You will work alongside the Team Manager to provide day-to-day leadership, practical guidance, and oversight for Social Workers handling Children in Need and Child Protection cases.
You will coach, supervise and mentor practitioners, support case allocations, and ensure robust risk management and high-quality practice across the team.
