Location: Stoke-on-Trent
CIH International Housing Group is seeking a dedicated housing officer to deliver proactive, person-centred housing management and support services for tenants. You will work closely with tenants, colleagues and partner agencies to promote wellbeing, safety and independence within the community.
You will manage tenancies, provide practical support, conduct home visits, and respond to enquiries while maintaining accurate records in the Open Housing system.
