As a Wake Night Support Worker, your responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring the individuals during the night to ensure their safety and well-being.
  • Providing support when needed, including assisting with night-time care routines.
  • Responding to emergencies or incidents that may arise during the night.
  • Maintaining a calm and secure environment, helping to create a peaceful atmosphere for the individuals.
  • Assisting with light domestic tasks as required, such as tidying and cleaning communal areas.
  • Recording incidents or changes in the individuals' condition and ensuring accurate documentation is kept.
  • Working independently throughout the night, maintaining vigilance and attention to detail.

This role requires a calm, reliable, and responsible individual who can work effectively overnight to provide high-quality care and support. Experience with in the care sector is not needed as we offer full training, coaching and development.

Elm House specialises in supporting adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism. We offer person-centred support from a dedicated staff team trained to meet individual needs. Our focus is on fostering independence and helping each person achieve their own goals and aspirations. Elm House provides a welcoming environment tailored to diverse needs, featuring five bedrooms, three ensuites, and thoughtfully designed living spaces for comfort and privacy.

The people we support can socialise in the spacious lounge or find tranquility in the conservatory for quiet reflection. Conveniently situated in the charming town of St Neots, Elm House offers the people we support easy access to a wealth of amenities and attractions. Just a 20 to 25-minute walk from the St Neots train station, individuals can explore nearby destinations such as Peterborough, Huntingdon, Sandy, and even London.

The town's bus station, a 15-minute walk away, provides additional transportation options to Cambridge, Bedford, Huntingdon, and Milton Keynes. Within walking distance, individuals can immerse themselves in the vibrant town centre, which boasts an array of shops, supermarkets, and leisure facilities.

Keys Group supports over 2,500 individuals across its three divisions:
Accomplish, providing specialist residential, supported living, and accommodation for adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, and brain injuries;
Keys, offering education and care for children and families through schools, children's homes, supported accommodation, and family assessment centres; and Peak, delivering indoor and outdoor adventure activities across four UK centres, including bespoke education programs and confidence-building activities like bushcraft, climbing, and canoeing.
