Central Bedfordshire Council is seeking a Qualified Social Worker to join the Adult Social Care Review Team. You will assess needs, coordinate personalised care and support plans, and review interventions to achieve positive outcomes for adults with care and support needs.
Experience in safeguarding, working with multi-agency partners, and knowledge of adult social care legislation is essential. Working pattern is Monday–Friday, with flexibility; rate is £40 per hour.
