Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Mercer, a Marsh company, is seeking a Tech Lead/Lead Engineer to join the Client Analytics & Technology team in London. You will own backend design, APIs, data flows and security, while guiding a distributed team across London and India in agile delivery.
You will translate business needs into technical requirements, drive CI/CD and release governance, and explore GenAI opportunities with governance and human-in-the-loop controls. Hybrid work with office presence required.
