Wipro is seeking a skilled integration engineer to design and implement bidirectional integrations between Jira and Service Now in the UK.
You will develop REST/SOAP API based integrations, configure ticket synchronisation across incidents, changes, and requests, and build automation workflows using Flow Designer and custom scripts within Service Now.
Collaborate with stakeholders, ensure security and data governance, and prepare runbooks for UAT and production deployments.
